Refund Policy

Last updated: 3 August 2026

This policy explains how refunds are handled for a digital product that is delivered instantly after payment. Please read it before you purchase.

Digital delivery and non-refundable access

The JAPA Success Blueprint™ toolkit is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the product is defective as described below.

When we do issue a refund or fix

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase (the duplicate charge is refunded).
  • You never received access and we cannot deliver it after you contact support.
  • The files are corrupted, incomplete or inaccessible and cannot be replaced.
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.

What is not covered

  • Change of mind after access has been granted or files downloaded.
  • Not applying the resources, or not achieving a job, visa, admission or scholarship outcome.
  • Buying without reading the product description or the FAQ.
  • Entering an incorrect email at checkout where support can still deliver access to the correct one.

How to request a review

  1. Contact support through the contact page or email support@japasuccessblueprint.com.
  2. Include the email address used at Paystack checkout and your transaction reference.
  3. Describe the problem clearly, including any error you see.
  4. We will first attempt to resolve delivery or file issues, then review eligibility for a refund.

Processing approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through Paystack to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside our control, so the credit may take several business days to appear.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact support first. Most issues are delivery problems that can be resolved quickly without a chargeback.

This policy is written for clarity, not as legal advice. The business owner should confirm it against Nigerian consumer protection requirements, Paystack's merchant terms, and any other applicable law before final launch.
